Ana works with high-performance horses across disciplines such as polo, show jumping, dressage, and endurance, offering therapeutic support designed to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and promote full recovery. She has also collaborated with horses from the Rural Argentina and renowned criollo and quarter horse studs, where physical precision and emotional balance are key.

In an exclusive interview, Analía Grigoriew, creator of the TAVEH® method, shares with Sports & Lifestyle how her research into vibrational therapy began—and how sound became a bridge between the human body, the animal soul, and the energy that binds them.
The vibroacoustic approach has proven its effectiveness in elite sporting environments. In Argentina, she has worked with female polo teams, applying preventive therapies throughout the season. “The result is a more focused, relaxed partnership, with a lower risk of injury. Vibration allows horse and rider to breathe within the same energetic rhythm and have better communication,” she explains.

That was when she realized the method’s potential for horses under stress—those struggling to concentrate, suffering from muscle tension, or recovering from colic. Once veterinary care has been provided, the use of sound bowls helps the animal relax, making the vet’s work easier and speeding up the recovery process.
“Vibrational therapy is an ideal complement to other treatments. You always have to work with the entire team—the vet, the groom, the stable hand, the trainer,” she emphasizes. “I never speak directly with the rider or the owner. I share my assessment with the vet, and together we decide the best course of action—because it also has its contraindications.”

In 2021, after the devastating wildfires in Corrientes, northern Argentina, Analía founded Santa Ana, a project devoted to equine well-being through the Equine and Human Vibroacoustic Therapy (TAVEH®) method. Amidst that emergency—horses suffering burns, stress, and shock—she discovered that sound waves emitted by the bowls could help stabilize them, soothe pain, and restore a sense of calm.
