On nine times, Oakmont Country Club hosted the world’s golfing elite. With its vertiginous greens, narrow fairways and unforgiving topography, the course designed by Henry C. Fownes remains faithful to the vision of 1903.

The 125th edition of the U.S. Open transformed Oakmont into a premier sporting and social spectacle. Weather conditions temporarily softened the course, but winds and cool nights restored the firm, fast character that defines its identity.

Oakmont Country Club, renowned for challenging the greatest players, witnessed an unexpected story unfold this year: the crowning of J.J. Spaun as champion of the 125th U.S. Open.
Oakmont has crowned legends such as Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, Johnny Miller, Ernie Els, Tommy Armour and Larry Nelson. Its history is impressive, and its future looks promising, with tournaments scheduled for 2033, 2042 and 2049.

Private suites
Enjoying the U.S. Open from Oakmont offers privileged views of golf's most demanding competition, with the absolute comfort of private suites, personalised attention and hospitality of the highest standard.
The Village on 17 is a privileged vantage point for the shortest hole on the course. Its air-conditioned chalets, with private terraces and luxurious décor, are the perfect place to close business deals or simply enjoy the excitement just a few metres from the green.

The Suites on 13 are one of the most sought-after options for select groups. The semi-private area and its stepped patio provide uninterrupted access to an immersive experience, accompanied by a selection of cuisine served throughout the day.

The Champions Pavilion, next to the iconic Church Pews, offers a strategic setting, while the 1895 Club, in the heart of the final holes, presents a symphony of premium amenities: an open bar with top-of-the-line spirits, a gourmet menu curated by renowned chefs, and commanding views of the championship's highlights.
